Cabernet Franc is ideally suited to the long falls of the Finger Lakes. Extended hang time in our riper sites builds structure and flavor complexity, evidenced by the generous raspberry and plum aroma on our medium-bodied Cabernet Franc. On the palate, it combines bramble fruit, soft tannins, and a black pepper finish. Just like Riesling runs the full spectrum of dry to sweet, Cabernet Franc's body ranges from light-medium to plush and robust.
