A light, pretty Dry Rosé full of Provencal-style subtleties. Made from predominantly Pinot Noir, which brings notes of wild strawberries and white raspberries, a small percentage of Cabernet Franc adds savory complexities reminiscent of watermelon rind. As always, this wine is sourced from our vineyards alongside Seneca Lake. The grapes were hand-picked and hand-sorted, crushed with 12 - 18 hours of skin contact. This rosé is unmistakably dry and refreshing, and we can say with confidence that we have rarely met a wine that is as pleasing an aperitif wine as our Dry Rosé... though it can certainly carry you through dinner as well!
