Our Noble Select dessert wines represent the peak of ripeness on the estate each year. Sugars are concentrated on the vine with the aid of naturally occurring botrytis, building additional texture and complexity into these wines. (W&S Magazine 94 Points, Robert Parker 93+ Points)
