Blanc de Noir

2013

With an emphasis on craftsmanship, Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard produces distinctive sparkling wines in the traditional method. Extended lees contact builds weight and texture on the palate. A focus on early ripeness underpins subtle fruit notes with vibrant structure.

The Pinot Noir for our Blanc de Noir 2013 was sourced from early picks in our Magdalena Vineyard. It spent 41 months on the lees, softening slightly en tirage and developing notes of strawberry preserve and soft dough biscuits.
