Dry Rosé

2019 - Last Call!

Our Dry Rosé is hand-harvested from small plots of Pinot Noir on the western slopes of Seneca Lake. Its bright color is drawn from an eighteen hour cold soak. This imparts a red fruit profile to compliment its refreshing crispness. It is perfect for light, summery fare.

Last Call on the 2019 Vintage – we’re sad to be saying goodbye to this beautiful wine – don’t miss it before it’s gone!
