Dry Rosé


Our Dry Rosé is hand-harvested from small plots of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc on the western slopes of Seneca Lake. Its bright color is drawn from an eighteen hour cold soak. This imparts a red fruit profile to compliment its refreshing crispness. It is perfect for light, summery faire.

Vinification hand-picked, hand-sorted, 12-18 hours skin contact, combination of whole cluster press and de-stemmed, 3 month indigenous yeast fermentation
