Cool overnight temperatures help retain its natural acidity, which shows in its lively interplay of structure and freshness. 2007 was an unusually hot, dry year. This packed concentrated aromas of currant and violet in our Library release Pinot Noir 2007. These aromas have evolved, but the initial power of the vintage is still very much apparent.
