Pinot Noir ripens evenly in the long, moderate autumns around Seneca Lake. The Pinot Noir 2014 shows that balance with a nose of fresh-picked strawberry and clove spice that gives way to blackberry undertones and soft, earthy tannins.

Fermented in one stainless steel tank, 20% whole cluster inclusion, mixture of pump-overs and punch-downs. Aged in mix of 225L French & 500L Hungarian barrels. 13 months in barrel.
