Referred to as our "signature wine", this is often the first introduction people have to Hermann J. Wiemer. Layers of citrus, ripe white peaches, and tropical fruit are underpinned by refreshing acidity and a clean mineral finish. Sourced from each of our three distinct vineyard sites, it epitomizes Riesling's dynamic range, with both lean and generous aspects. Additionally, site selection and viticultural decisions make our Riesling Dry part of our identity; we practice biodynamic farming, plant and utilize cover crops, follow the biodynamic calendar in our Demeter-certified HJW vineyard, and promote healthy soils and ecosystems. Forty-five different picks went into this vintage of Riesling Dry, making for accentuated texture. This is our first vintage of Riesling Dry with the new New York Sustainable Winegrowing Trustmark.
