By far our most “geeky” wine series, the Teinturier Series focuses on Saperavi. The versatility of this varietal is impressive and this club will showcase precisely that. The Teinturier Series offers a range of styles based on our flagship variety Saperavi.
Saperavi is a teinturier varietal, which is the French term for 'dye'. It refers to the pigmented pulp underneath the skin of the grapes. This is extremely unique and is only found in twelve different varieties world-wide. It is this pigmented pulp that allows us to make many styles from the same grape.
Every Spring and Fall, there will be a carefully curated 6 bottle selection sent to your doorstep or to a convenient UPS Access Point location where you can pick up. Each shipment includes detailed information on production techniques, aging potential, and pairing suggestions.
Your wine club will have 4 curated selections of Saperavi based wines in it with 2 other suggestions that you can customize if you prefer to swap out for other wines from our entire portfolio - both Wiemer and Standing Stone wines - a total of 6 wines are required for each shipment.
The average cost per allotment is between $200 and $250.
Shipping costs are complimentary each allotment - at the time of shipment, you can add up to 6 bottles more for no additional shipping cost to fill a case of wine.

Spring shipments are sent in early May and Fall shipments are sent in early November.
The average cost per allotment will be between $200-250 - the value of the wine and shipping costs will surpass this (approximately $275+ per shipment).
